Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 package (4 serving size) instant banana cream or vanilla pudding
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 9" graham cracker crust or baked pie crust
  • 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
  • Toasted, sliced almonds for garnish

Directions

  1. Beat milk and pudding in medium bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in sliced bananas and pour into pie crust.
  3. Spread whipped topping over pudding mixture and top with sliced almonds, if desired.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 1/2 cups (4 oz.) Lite whipped topping, thawed

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.

Mud Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream
  • 9" chocolate or graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Directions

  1. Spoon ice cream into pie crust.
  2. Pour chocolate syrup over ice cream.
  3. Spread whipped topping over chocolate layer.
  4. Sprinkle almonds over whipped topping.
  5. Freeze for 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 cups (4 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tbsp. sugar for additional sweetness, if desired

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.

Frozen Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Gently combine whipped topping and chocolate syrup in a medium bowl.
  2. Spoon into individual freezer safe cups or into a paper lined cupcake pan.
  3. Sprinkle cocoa over mousse.
  4. Freeze for 3 hours or until set

Strawberry & Cream Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 4 to 8 vanilla wafers or sandwich cookies, broken into 1/2" pieces

Directions

  1. Beat milk and pudding mix in medium bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in half of the whipped topping and spoon into 4 tall, individual serving cups.
  3. Top pudding with fruit and the remaining whipped topping.
  4. Sprinkle cookie pieces over whipped topping.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 1 package (10.75 oz.) frozen pound cake, thawed and cut into 12 slices
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
  • 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Arrange cake slices in 9" x 13" baking pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, chocolate syrup, and dissolved coffee in medium bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Stir in whipped topping and spread evenly over cake slices.
  4. Sprinkle cocoa powder over cake.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  6. Serve cake with additional whipped topping, if desired.
