Banana Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1 package (4 serving size) instant banana cream or vanilla pudding
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 9" graham cracker crust or baked pie crust
- 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
- Toasted, sliced almonds for garnish
Directions
- Beat milk and pudding in medium bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in sliced bananas and pour into pie crust.
- Spread whipped topping over pudding mixture and top with sliced almonds, if desired.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Orange Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1 1/2 cups (4 oz.) Lite whipped topping, thawed
Directions
- Add ingredients to blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
Mud Pie
Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream
- 9" chocolate or graham cracker pie crust
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Directions
- Spoon ice cream into pie crust.
- Pour chocolate syrup over ice cream.
- Spread whipped topping over chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle almonds over whipped topping.
- Freeze for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cup ice
- 1 1/2 cups (4 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 tbsp. sugar for additional sweetness, if desired
Directions
- Add ingredients to blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
Frozen Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Directions
- Gently combine whipped topping and chocolate syrup in a medium bowl.
- Spoon into individual freezer safe cups or into a paper lined cupcake pan.
- Sprinkle cocoa over mousse.
- Freeze for 3 hours or until set
Strawberry & Cream Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 4 to 8 vanilla wafers or sandwich cookies, broken into 1/2" pieces
Directions
- Beat milk and pudding mix in medium bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in half of the whipped topping and spoon into 4 tall, individual serving cups.
- Top pudding with fruit and the remaining whipped topping.
- Sprinkle cookie pieces over whipped topping.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 1 package (10.75 oz.) frozen pound cake, thawed and cut into 12 slices
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
- 3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
Directions
- Arrange cake slices in 9" x 13" baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, chocolate syrup, and dissolved coffee in medium bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in whipped topping and spread evenly over cake slices.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder over cake.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
- Serve cake with additional whipped topping, if desired.
